In your link, remove the suffix, which is ".html?o=O" and type in the code "[img]" in front of the link and the code "[/img]" behind the link. Always end image links with an image extension.
And always make sure you include the proper address. In this case, you copied a file that was not meant to be posted as an image. In Photobucket, (in that file) the "m932" prefix should have been "mob932".

You can also let your mouse hover over the small "gear" image at the top right of the image in your library and a popup will appear. Click on "Get Links" and then copy the [IMG] link. Then you can paste it in your post.
