Hey guys-
First year looking for a lease. Whats the busiest time of year for finding one? When should I start getting worried about not finding one, what time of year is it "too late"?
Have been looking on craigslist and thinking about joining some of the leasing websites.

On here is a good place to find one post in the Lease section..Right now is the time to start looking...Alot of places that I have been on pay 1/2 memorial day and the other 1/2 labor day
