Don't start celebrating just yet. The UN is meeting this week, and one item they are working on is a new small arms treaty that failed last summer. This time, unlike last summer, the Obama administration has said they will support it.
With government, they love to show you one hand and get you excited with what they are doing while the other hand is working to stab you in the back.

after the bamy admin spent a million bux pushing the 9-11 attacks off on a guy who made a short film about muslims, i am not gonna cheer just yet.
i dont see alot of countries signing the small arms thing, just because in alot of countries they carry these guns like their wallets.
