I'm going up there to kill some axis does and I was wondering if anybody could recommend a good and quick processor in the area. I'll probably just do some basic cuts but if there is a processor in the area that has an awesome specialty that I should try, then I will. Thanks in advance

None in kendalia, but I think there is one in boerne
For it is not the quarry that we truly seek, but the adventure.

Kendalia is a ghost town. We've got a general store, a post office, a dance hall, and one office building that the local land broker and my father split. There is one north in Blanco, believe its called 4th Street Meat Market. All our deer are processed at Bernhards in Kerrville. Fantastic place!
