I went duck hunting with Kirk (DUCKHUNTR35) for my first time this year (some of you may have seen my earlier posts), and just got around to cooking the duck like he and the other guys on the trip told me to. I cut the breast up into little strips, put some cream cheese and jalapenos on it, wrapped it in bacon, and then marinated it in a wild game marinade and threw it on the grill.

WOW! With how good those taste, I'm not sure I have enough duck to last me til next season. If you haven't yet, TRY COOKING IT THIS WAY!!!

Side note, it wasn't a bad side for my venison burgers...
