Like the title says-I'm feeling generous and am looking for someone to take with me hog hunting tonight. We will be using my Pulsar digisight after dark, and shooting whatever you want to bring before that..
I know it's short notice, but I just decided (after riding my dirt bike for 30 miles) that I wanted to shoot something tonight.
Will be hunting just outside of Hempstead about 45 minutes north west of Houston. Call me seven 1 three eight 5 nine 7 one 5 nine.
A hog is nothing more than a bullet receptacle.

Just got back from the hunt. 3 dead pigs. 2 sows @ 80 lbs. each and a small boar that probably went 100-105 lbs.
I shot at a HUGE boar when I got there at about 5:45P with my .243 and completely blew the shot. I saw the bullet hit the ground about 3 ft. shy of him and kicked up sand. It was his lucky day as he was walking straight away from me towards the woodline and the only shot I had was his male anatomy. I wonder if he knows just how lucky he is?
Saw probably 20 pigs in total between 4 different feeders. The Pulsar was working perfectly.
A hog is nothing more than a bullet receptacle.

It (the Pulsar) certainly makes night hunting fun and effective.
I hope you found someone to take you up on your offer to hunt with ya.
I'm sure that boar was counting his lucky stars that night, I can imagine he didn't waste anytime getting out of there when the shot dropped below his magic stix.
