Nice mount. You got a story to go with it? You can't have a mount without a story.

Well me and my brother were hunting a creek that feeds into lake x. This was our first year hunting ducks so we we're still learning. The creek we were hunting was deeper than the lake about 20 ft and it drops straight down from the bank so there is no wading in it at all. We threw about a dozen dekes out and covered up with camo netting against the bank. At LST there were Mallards and Wood ducks landing about 100 yds down the creek. There was abunch. We only had one group of mallards come into the decoys an we managed to knock 3 drakes out of the bunch. These were the only mallards we shot all year except for one hen on the same creek.

Nice story! Were the majority of the other ducks landing in a bend or always landing in that spot when you hunted there? If so I would find out what makes that spot good and set up there next or know what signs to look for on different parts of the creek
