Guys

Need advise...my hunting party is considering leasing 630 acres in Hopkins about 5 miles NW of Sulphur Springs. The place is about 65-35 woods to open areas and wanted to see if anyone's had any luck in the area? Also what's the going rate per acre in the area?

I live about 10 miles north of sulphur springs and since the AR rules and regs were made about 6yrs ago the population at my place has gone down a bunch!

I am about 5 miles NE of Sulphur Springs, tons of deer on camera. Also tons of neighbors that know we are usually out there on weekends. Not much luck. Not sure of going rate.

For most part poor to average hunting. But it's all about location. I would think it would be pretty cheap. I'm thinking $5-$6 an acre. You will probably have hogs

Hey guys I appreciate the feedback. Kinda what I thought but I do believe this particular area will be good enough to call home for awhile.

Thanks
