How should I take care of a turkey if I plan to have it mounted?

Can it be frozen?

leave the bird whole and wrap it in a plastic bag. Try to get as much air out as possible and freeze or bring to your taxi. Don't gut it, don't wash it. The taxi will take care of all that. Good luck.
