I would Prefer (but will entertain any direction) west of Houston. Wanting a year round lease (anything more than an hour away will NEED camping rights as well, no elec. or water necessary, just tent camping fine). Will entertain season leases for any birds (preference to dove, teal, and duck/goose)

In terms of game I would like dove, duck, quail, hog, WT deer (meat hunt preferrably does and small-med bucks... a trophy to me is a small 8-point), predators (coyotes, cats, etc), squirrel, and geese.

Any combo of those will be entertained, wouldn't mind joining other mature family style leasers, will adhere to any rules/management LO/Lease requires.
Fishing is a bonus.
I am on a budget but let me know what you havee Wife and son will not be hunting but would like to camp. I will be using my dogs for any birds, and if possible i would like guest rights for father and brother when they are in town.

just thought I would say I am willing to pay about 200 for a dove lease alone as long as it is close enough to fulshear for a reasonable drive. I would be willing to pay between 1000-1500 for duck and deer. Hogs I will exterminate if allowed or will leave for your other leases. I don't mind joining with other people on a lease but I am not interested in a place to go watch people get drunk and party. I'm kind of young to be saying I want mature people around me but that is what I want. Will clean up around me and rarely miss shells or cases. (father reloads them so I collect them)
