Just wanted to let people know about a good experience. I sent in my binoculars for repair. The adjustable lens cap broke and the focus seemed off. For $25.00 they replaced both eye pieces and completely serviced them.

Fast return shipping and nothing but a pleasant experience.

It's good to hear about companies that stand by their products and provide good customer service. I've had great service from Plano Products and ArmaLite.

L., Thanks for taking the time to post about your positive experience. I know depending on the time of day and how much computer time, it seems like some day I am using the fine focus knob more then others. Thanks again!


Longtime hunter/shooter/fisherman who loves being outdoors. I used to hunt/compete with my son, but he's now stationed in Germany. Never enough time.

Glad to hear that...they used to be HORRIBLE!

We sent off a scope because it wouldn't hold zero for more than 3 shots and it took 3 months and 4 phone calls to get it back.

I think a lot of companies are taking notice of customer support; especially with high end items with many competitors.
