Local Shelters, Pound, Rescues... I always say "If you want a working dog (or show dog), find a responsible breeder... If you want a pet ADOPT." With thousands of dogs waiting on homes or incinerator I cannot see any reason to "buy" a dog.

Are you looking for something specific? just something to keep in mind is little dogs (teacup anything) come with big vet bills usually. My family vet used to give registered teacup yorkies away just to make money on the vet bills. if it must be a Pomeranian then it may be tough to find, but search some local rescues... may not be pups but can still be ok dogs... or you ould go the real expensive route and get you a show bred with good bloodlines... Honestly if it was me I'd show her a springer, cocker, and Boykin and see if you could slide a useful dog into her vision.

Get her a Lab. I can put a new born in a tea cup and take a picture of it. When she gets her at 8 weeks call her Tea Cup.

petco/petsmart have computer databases with dogs for adoption and on weekends they normally have rescues that will bring adoptable pets.
