Some one will prob kill a big buck off of it it's what will happen. It's an hour from Dfw which is convenient an its a group lease so if 3 or 4 people went in on it wouldn't be that high. An it's prime location.

4 people on 200 acres...no thanks I agree that it sounds like a lot, but a lot of bottom areas hold tons of deer. There are 9 people that hunt 350 acres surrounding me (maybe more if you count guests), and it is still very over-populated. It's bottom land as well.

lol, in e/ne texas 50 acres a person isnt too bad.
If I send my neighbors a text and ask them to give me feedback on my lawn and plant rye into a giant dong pattern, I'm probably going to get some less than positive feedback. Same goes here.
