Hi All,
Helping a friend. What would be considered a reasonable price. Can they be taken with a bow.

Usually around 1500 or so. Apparently they are impossible for me to take with a bow.

Most hunts for a trophy class buck you can expect 1800-2800. Live sales are running 1300-2000 right now.

We had a hunter take one less than a month ago that was gold medal and with a bow. We charge $1850 for a Blackbuck. The price includes lodging, guide, 3 day hunt and cape/quarter.

You get what you pay for as for all exotics. It just depends on what you want and how big, If you want a 14" blackbuck and bow hunt I can get you a chance for 1200$ range if you want a BIG boy 21" plus range with 24" taken of the ranch talk with CP wade above in this thread (huntnguide83) and those go for 2500$ at Porters.

Austin craigslist. The hunts i believe are around Fredricksburg. Also check out Galle Ranch. My dad and I each took 31" Axis and my buddy took a 18" Blackbuck. They were 1200 each.
