New camera takes great pictures! Sure have a perty dog  Love the 3rd pic where she is giving you such a "don't I deserve a treat" look!

Congrats. Now lets see some of those pics. For those of us on a budget, here's a lead on decent glass. http://www.tamron-usa.com/lenses/prod/70300_vcusd_a005.asp#ad-image-0I just picked up this lens yesterday. I traded my Canon EFS 55-250mm IS II ($150 credit), plus this one has a $100 rebate right now. Retail was $449.99, so after trade and rebate I spent less than $200 out of pocket for the upgrade. This lens has a bit more reach than the Canon 55-250, better auto-focus, faster, quieter.
