Well been looking for a home defense shotgun and decided to get the Benelli Super Nova Tactical. Can't wait to shoot this bad boy and love the look and feel of it. Crappy pic with my phone

Unfortunately yes. LOL. Im not a huge fan of Dicks b/c of their stance on semi auto rifles but they have a nice selection of shotgun's.

By any chance did you buy it at Dicks this afternoon?
Was Sapper doing route clearance thru the store?  Hey Sapper, buy some managed recoil 12ga buckshot and your wife won't be as recoil sensitive/shy. Good Choice on a HD shotgun.

I was thinking about some 3 1/2 in buckshot for the wife's first try at shooting it lol With the recoil reducing stock, it shouldn't be a big problem at all. There was a noticeable difference in recoil when using a Remington 870 compared to my Supernova. Both using the same loads.

I was there the same day. I saw a guy walking out with the Benelli box. How's it shoot?
And I agree, I hate that they pulled the AR's, and I'm not an AR guy. They run good sales on rifles and ammo. Too bad they wouldn't stand up more to political pressure.
