I sent my scope in on Thursday Feb 21 and got it back on March 1. It took a tumble off the bench and the side focus stopped working sent it in and had it back in 8 days they got it on Monday and I had it back on Friday. Great service

Their customer service is one of the reasons I took a chance and bought my first Vortex last year. Havent needed thier service yet and I dont expect I will. Its nice to know that they are there if I need them though.
Some people say service departments dont sell your product. In my case it was a big selling point though. Service (or lack there of) is also one reason I will never buy another scope from one of the biggest names in the buisness to.
