might be in the market for one of these this year. i know you get what you pay for but i don't think i need all the bells and whistles, plus i don't have an engineering/IT degree/ patients, to learn how to work one.

so, which one is for me? i just want to see if anything is walking by my bow blind.

Go to http://www.chasingame.com/ it is a good site that is used for finding out info on a variety of different TC's. They test a lot of them and post feedback. I have used it for a couple of years now.

I have been using Primos 35 Truth cams and Spypoint 7.0 for the past couple of years with great success. Both last a long time on batteries. Natchez Shooting Supply has both new and refurb Primos 35 Truth cams with warranty on sale. I bought 2 of Primos 35 refurbs for $49 each. I think the new ones are around $75 each on sale. I get well over 10,000 pics from one set of batteries on them.

x2 on the P35s.. probably the most user-friendly cam you'll come across. I don't mind my wife checking those

Another for the Primos 35, I have several and have run them year around for several years with zero issues.

I check those too... she'll forget to reformat the Xcams and they won't take pics until I get there to do it..so I tell her just to avoid those.

Not used any Ultra models but Chasing Game has and reports on them on the site.

Primos are the easiest to use cams on the market I have used. Spypoint is pretty simple also. Primos has a great customer service if you need to use it.

I've got a pair of Primos 55s from Cabelas. They're easy to use with no issues whatsoever. I also have a Moultrie - it's okay, but picky about which memory cards it will accept. I think the Primos 55 is on sale @ Cabelas right now for $120.
