using a stock mounted tactical light, would you shoot with a scope, or without? walking through heavy brush, so taking shots from 5-25 yards.

W/o for sure. Faster target acquisition and 5-25 yards is pretty dang close for a scope regardless of if the target is moving or not.

Just paint the front sight white or get a fiber optic sight. Much cheaper than a night sight<<<< if you could even find one.

I have seen guys dab a little bit of glow-in-the-dark nail polish on the front sight, probably not what you want for a nice rifle but doesn't sound like too bad an idea for a truck gun.

plenty of times.... never had a problem with it... i like to go and get tha rabbits in 15 to 20 minutes and be back to cook them...
