WOW!!!!!!!! I think that is something I am going to try! book marked the page, and doesn't seem that hard,,, looks like making the bacon weave will be the toughest!

Making the bacon weave is not that hard. A friend of mine turned me on to this a few years back. He makes a bacon weave, then spreads a layer of leftover homemade jambalaya on it, then lays a pork loin in the middle of that. Roll it up & wrap it up good with foil, then put it on a rotisserie for a couple of hours. Slice it up and holy cow that's some good stuff right there!

That looks good. I really like that little homemade PVC piston tool. There are a lot of possibilities for that thing.

That bacon weave is done on this tasty treat called the bacon explosion. I have really been wanting to make one of these. I'm afraid my heart might just konk out mid-meal.
