We had Mesquite Smoked Angus Beef ribs & jalapeno pork sausage served with ranch style beans , buttered corn on the cob & Cole slaw

Where do you find meaty beef ribs? Everything I find if crappy super trimmed bones!!!

Ive only cooked beef ribs one time. A couple girls in college had some meat packaged up their parents sent with them. They couldnt cook, so they brought the meat and I cooked it. They had steaks some sausage and beef ribs. It all came out great, the ribs were the best part to me, but like noted above I have never seen beef ribs that had that much meat on them before or again. It was a calf they had slautered, not bought at the store.
