Hello all, i have become pretty discouraged over my lease hunt. Heres the skinny, i own a construction company in lubbock and have been blessed over the last several years with a strong business. I have looked until im blue in the face so here is what i propose. I need a lease for varmint/hog only, i absolutely care nothing about deer hunting. I would be willing to negotiate a swap of services of some sort or just paying out right if possible if someone has an opening. I specialize in new home construction so anything is possible. I would need a year round deal and accomadations are not necessary. Please pm me if you may be interested. 3hrs is pushing it on distance for me. Thank you in advance for your time

How often do you plan to hunt and can you lay off during deer season? Some big ranches in your area will day hunt for about $100 a day and you get full reign of the places. Add lodging for a little more if needed. My buddy does it out there.
