196 Dove shot by myself
523 Dove group total from all the hunts

119 Ducks shot by myself
174 Ducks group total from all the hunts

It ended up being a lot better year than I had anticipated. I even got the chance to shoot at some crane. Let me know how everyone else in West Texas did. Maybe I can find a new hunting buddy out of the deal?

Our lease near penwell was horrible this year. My boy shot at a few dove , got one.. he shot at a couple quail. Missed them.. no rabbits, few coyotes , overall crappy year..

Between my roommate and I, our duck season was horrible. We shot 14 ducks and that is down from 180 something two years ago. However, we made up for it by downing 74 cranes, up from 36 the past two years and 14 geese. We need some moisture! This blizzard was a nice start.

How did you kill 119 and they killed 174??? That doesn't sound correct

Numbers don't add up at all. If your group killed 175 and 75 of those were in two hunts then that means your group killed 99 the rest of the season. You say you shot 120 something and only 12 of them could have been on those two hunts. So the way it adds is your entire group including your self killed 99 but you are claiming more than 110 off those 99 were killed by you. I am not sure Will C can even do that. You either have an epic bird claiming problem or need to keep better numbers.

You should learn how to read before making assumptions. Nice Will C reference by the way, classic.

Youngin was talking about the 2012 season. This year I moved out to Midland, and I did a lot of hunting by myself. In 2012 my group total was 451 birds. Nearly all of them were on public land in the metroplex.
