Big Ol Pork Chops! Last week I smoked a couple tall stacks (3 country chops uncut bone in). They were great, but took over three hours to get right and were a little too much for one person. This week I've cut them down to a two stack and stuffed them. Here is last weeks:

Grilled potato wedges with balsamic red pepper and parmesan and green beans with bacon, butter and onions.
