Hope people post some good ones. I hunt up that way but usually just eat the same old chain food.

Fat Mc Brides is pretty good. Steaks etc. Its off of Southwest Parkway and Maplewood.

Ronnies burgers, P2 (drive up bar but good food as well), BarL some of the best fried chicken.

Inlaws live up there. There is a Texas Roadhouse off 82 & lawrence rd.

Pioneer or mcbrides are good. They are right beside each other on maplewood. Pioneer is my favorite place to eat in town. Breakfast lunch or dinner. There is also a mcbrides downtown on scott street.
For lunch P2 is the best, get a few red draws while youre there.
The pelican is the best steak in town, but its kind of pricey.
Parkway grill on southwest parkway is good for lunch and dinner also. They have a nice staff and lots of TVs to watch the ball games or whatever is on.
For BBQ We just got a new place called rib crib thats pretty good, but its new so there's always a line, and then there's Branding iron on scott street, and texas best BBQ on southwest parkway.
If you like italian we have an olive garden and a jonny carinos, but napolis on kemp is better than either one of those.
I'd stay away from casa manana, unless they've changed things up in the last few months. The food is good ,but their service is below par.
