I am 29" draw. Looking for 60-70#. Been a Hoyt shooter for 20 yrs. Currently shoot a Trykon XL at 73#. Anyone have experience with the Carbon Matrix, Spyder 34 and Spyder Turbo. I am torn!!!! Which of them will be the smoothest draw and accurate at 60# or so.

You should go shot them and make that determination.

Yeah, I've done that and now I really cannot decide. They are so close I really cannot tell a difference. I am leaning toward the Spyder 34

I am hoping to find someone who has experience with them or went through this same venture.

I personally will never pick a bow on someone elses experience, I go off of how it feels and shoots to me without looking at the names on the tag. Good luck and sounds like you will be happy with whatever you decide.

Then break down the specs.

Brace height
Axle to axle length
Speed
Price

So many good bows on the market..almost comes down to what leaves enough for the upperend accesiories

I've always been loyal to Matthews. I have shot Hoyt and PSE during this time as well but still those soon after the purchase. With that said, I've shot a couple of Matthews that I didn't like. The draw cycle felt just a little off to me or something else just didn't fit me.

The bad part is I have only found 1 of the bows in Lubbock to shoot. There just is not much around here to look at. I guess I am going to have to make a trip to D/FW.

Thats the problem I had with the bowtech assassin! To me I felt no difference between the two but it ended up coming down to the price! Just go off of what you like!

Just bought the Spyder Turbo and would give it a thumbs up. Shot a bunch of bows but went with this one. I liked the Spyder 34 as well but since there was such little notible difference in price or feel and the Turbo was in blackout I went with it. Wouldn't buy it based on my opinion but figured since you are considering it I would throw that in.
