112 acres in Crockett, Texas (Houston County) for a yearly lease with the option to renew. This property has a decent amount of woods on it, has a good deer and hog population. There is water and electricity on the on site that you can have access to. Lease is $1500 per hunter, Payment is due in full at time of signing the lease. There will be cattle on the property. I took this property off because a guy claimed he was going to lease it and never showed. Plan to lease the place this Sunday, if your needing a great place to hunt with just your family you've found it.

I think i saw it was for 2 on here but maybe im crazy cause its gone now lol great little area, my father in law has a lease out there and shoots some nice deer

Number if hunters is up to you 2 can hunt the property comfortably, I think 3 people hunting at be time would probably be the max. If you want to look at the place today my cell number is 469-939-9002
