Thanks, after you mentioned them to me on another post I kept looking at them, decided if I am going all the way to Canada and then Kansas might as well make sure my broadhead is up to the challenge.

Bobo, I thought you shot Rages? I have looked at the Solid broad heads and they have really good reviews. Might have to try them this season.

I shoot both but the 100gr "solid" is my go to for elk and big deer. I like rage and love the titanium, but getting tired of orings and replacing blades

That is pricey, but if they sharpen well and are indestructible and can last at least 2 seasons, providing you recover them after the shot, then it would be worth the money.

Thanks for the info. Definitely something else to try out.

Holy crap, $75....
Not for me, not because they aren't worth it, because if it wasn't for bad luck I'd have no luck at all. I'd loose them just sighting in my bow....

The solid blades look like they would be easy to bend on close range pass thru shots in rocky country. Do they warrant that ?

Lifetime and they won't I know from experience. In Colorado I nick the blades up shooting at 75yards. Took me ten minutes and looked brand new and razor sharp.

Those heads aren't flimsy, they are pretty thick

That's another reason why I use the Muzzy Phantom 220 gn, they are .040 thick.
