Finally got it looking like a knife. Just need to put the edge on it and make the sheath. Having shop related ouchs on both hands has really slowed this old man down in the shop.
D2 @ HRC 61. Hand satin finished with stabilized Mesquite Burl scales. Black liners and mosaic pins set it off nicely.

I have two sharpfingers and absolutely love them for their size and shape, love them. Only thing I hate about mine is they dont seem to hold and edge very well.

I don't know what steel they used on the original ones but I've checked one that I bought on my hardness tester and it checked around 54 on the C scale and that's not near hard enough to hold an edge. They are easy to sharpen but just won't hold it long. A lot of factory knives are that way.
