Dont be so blind... plenty of crackhead steal cattle haha. but realy do you think animal control are about to go confront a bunch of cattle thieves... they are spending the money just fine..... maybe we should just cut out the GW department too right since they are for game animals and not drugs.... o wait they bust plenty of drug deals and im sure a livestock cop has plenty more jobs than finding cattle...

I've personally seen a livestock sheriff have to mediate 2 crazy shotgun wheeling cattle ranchers from killing each other over a fence. Had the county road I was on shutdown and I got to see the whole thing go down. I always thought they just ride around and look cool with there 4 wheeler in the back of the pickup until that day. That sheriff had nuts the size of Texas!!

But that does not give him the right to mess with someone's feeder. When we told him about the pig comments and that he looks ready for the pit he got mad LOL!!! I bet they check for cameras next time! You don't have to worry they are catching plenty over this one LOL!!!

Who gave them permission to be there?

Top part of this thread said that when the Land owner was notified he called his attorney. That statement seems to support they took it upon themselves to trespass.

Sorry, but if they didn't have written permission or a warrant, they have no business being on that property, and should get a written reprimand.

I've had enough of our government officials picking and choosing which laws apply to them. These folks work for us, and are not to abuse their powers.

And on a lighter note, hope someone makes a donut looking dispenser and put's it on their desk.

Ooops someone needs to go back to law school and learn about the "open fields doctrine"

You'll never see a game warden, or worse three, having a safety meeting around someone's set up. Good thing you had a CuddeBack or you'd have missed those track stars! I'm surprised your not missing a feeder and a camera!

Some of our counties and towns have a lingering gossip talk abound the watering hole that LEO are paid to be in certain places while something is happening elsewhere. Hard to imagine what three people in one truck in the woods can accomplish in rounding up or locating livestock.

I have more than a dozen law enforcement members as family or friend. And 1 thing I know....There are BAD COPS out there. And yes, the good ones suffer because of them.
Let me be very clear on this...I showed this to a family member who is on HPD in admin after 14 yrs on the street, they made it very clear, if it was their property, they would press tresspass charges.

So, there.
