Take action!!!!!
I copied this from a post on ARF.com

"Politicians will do what they always do. They will bluster. They will talk. They will attempt to circumvent around the Constitution

Money needs to do the talking. The firearms manufacturing industry has quite a bit of power, if they're so willing to use it.

First and formost, I'd like to see all companies that currently have their headquarters (and pay taxes) in strict gun control states to move. Move your headquarters and manufacturing bases to places that actually support and protect your Second Amendment rights. Pay your taxes to a government that doesn't trample on the rights of your customers.

Second, cease all sales and services to law enforcement agencies of those states. First and formost, New York, due to their recent legislations. I realize that this may cost you some money, but the citizens of this country have given you more business in the last 5-8 years then you've had in the previous 20. No more selling firearms to police departments. No more repairs. No more spare parts. No more training or accessories for their daily work. They have disarmed their citizens, therefore, the police should not need firearms either. After all, the police in the UK rarely carry firearms.

Third, all of the prop and consulting companies that provide replica firearms and training for movies should immediately cease doing business with any actor or director who has come out in favor of the Assault Weapon Bans.

The time for discussion has ended. The time for action is now. I call on the firearms manufacturing industry to set the standard. Put the principals you supposedly hold so dear ahead of your bank accounts. Lead the way for the rest of us."

This is my plea my fellow Texans
Here is the contact info for Remington

Company Information - Our Company - Remington Company Information
Call them, email them, write them. Let them know they need to get out of NY! Tell them to stop supporting a state that wants to see them gone!
You could also add they would be welcome in Texas.

Kind of ironic that AR15.com is based in NY. I believe they've said they won't be moving themselves.
