Have not, passed on a couple early out west, wish I'd shot; Haven't seen a legal buck in Red River County since '03 or so...

We are not seeing that many mature bucks this year in Nolan county. Even on the game cams. I elected to only shoot does this year. Scored two on Thanksgiving weekend. Then on Sunday morning, out walks the big boy. Hopefully he will be around next year. I'm done deer hunting. Now I just take my 223 and lay down deadly destruction on hogs. When I go back next weekend, I hope to treat the boys to BBQ cottontail. Gotta a couple of nice ones hanging around the feeder.

coffee spelled backwards is eeffoc. I don't give eeffoc until I have my morning coffee.

Nada, really weird year. Mature 9 jumped my arrow second week in October. He split. Everything on camera has been night feeders and the numbers are down from last year.
