I will be out there in time for the Friday afternoon hunt and coming back on Tuesday. Missing the Monday morning hunt due to a work meeting, but making it back in time for Monday afternoon.

Will be in Goldthwaite around 10:30 Saturday morning, to get a breakfast Taco at Mary's if anyone wants to meet up. The off to the Feed Store and to Visit with TXW before the evening hunt.

Love their tacos I go there quite a bit during the season just make sure you take a pre game before you go to the stand.

Is Mary's in G-waite? If so, where at?

You're just a few miles from us. Bunch of deer over there

Update: We shot a total of 5 doe, 1 spike, and 1 management buck. A guy got a nice wide 8pt prob 130's on his camera but didn't shoot because we're waiting to take our trophies. I'll post when I go back in a few weeks.

Mary's is on the way out of town towards Lmpasas, on the right up on a hill. The Mexican resturaunt as you come into town on the right before you get to the first traffic light is El Tapitio, not too bad either. Mary's makes one hell of a monster breakfast taco. I am a big guy and I can only eat one. She also has WiFi so you can check in from there.

Headed to Mills County as soon as I get off of work. Hey Chuck Mcdonald, sounds like we hunt in the same area. My place is right off CR 411. My parents live on CR 410. Ready to hunt some deer, drink some beer, and watch college football.

My place is very close to yours, but at the split stay right and the next left there is a private road that goes back off in there. We own about 200 acres back there and feed protein year around. Seen some pretty good bucks and should be one hell of a season. Leaving work at three and be in the stand by 5. Good luck everyone!!
