Just had Turkey burgers.... Got eye of round in the crock pot now and it should be done in about 8 hours.

I am pretty dang special, just wished it was in a better setting, but hey, someone wanted me to grace them with my presence so I obliged Still have about 100# of blues in the freezer

Made homemade hot sauce. Actually found habaneros and serranos and fresh jalapeņos here.
The seasoned a skirt steak and grilled it over mesquite, wood.
Pretty good for the north west.
Had the neighbors asking about it .
