Hey guys, looking for a little help here. One of the magazine editors I do some work for has asked me to do a story/photo package on calling raccoons. I've done a lot of predator calling over the years -- but not specifically for raccoons... yet. I'm fully geared up (for example: FX5 e-caller with 200 sounds, including half a dozen distress/aggressive/fighting raccoon sounds) but don't have all that many contacts in Texas yet or access to a lot of places to hunt since I just relocated here last year.

So... if anyone out there needs help zapping some raccoons, or has a lot of experience calling them in Texas, I'd love to talk to you. I'm sure the game differs somewhat here from areas where they're primarily called from denning trees, etc. I'm in San Antonio, so any place within a two/three hour drive is within range.

I really appreciate any assistance, so if you can help me out -- and want your mug in a magazine with a pile of expired raccoons -- give me a shout.

Thanks,
Mike
