Post rut, tough to tell from that pic, but the front half of his body looks older than 3.5 to me.

I'd say 4.5 and pulled down from the rut. Neck looks a little thick for a 3.5. Hocks are a bit dark too. Front end looks older than a 3.5.

I would say 4.5 It's late in the year and has probly shed quite a bit weight.

Thanks or the help guys. I'm 28 and just started hunting. Trying to soak up as much knowledge as possible. I took a 9 pointer earlier in the season that was younger than I would have liked but got that first buck anxiousness out of the way.

I say 3, because no straight line from jaw to shoulder, no bow in back, still a young buck, good one though
