The city here has a track of land right at the city limits. It is 85 acres of heavy brush and trees. This land is surrounded by pretty good "deer area". What is a fair price for a year around lease? Thanks

Depends on the size deer running around Wells... I know there's some good ones running around a few miles outside of town on 69

I shot a 125 inch buck about a mile from this lot and there is a deer much larger on the same cameras.

I would say a fair price would be what your willing to pay.

A fair price with decent deer? I would say $10 per acre. $450 sounds like a bargain for whoever gets it!
