Great hunting there. Talked to them last week about a Mulie Hunt for 2012. Guy said they will be doing their surveys in Feb and start booking in March.

I know of it, in fact I have been down there before and if there is a prettier place on God's green earth, I aint seen it. While the scale of it is impressive (350K acres + & elevation ranging from 3100ft to 3800ft)even more impressive is the management team to stewards the land with the health of the wild game always in mind. Their water infrastructure is a true marvel given the area covered. Also, roads and gates and living facilities are excellent, as is the character and hospitality of the management team. As for the game, if your target is blue quail, bobwhite quail, wild pigs, white tail, mule deer or elk then this ranch will not leave you with out plenty of shooting situations. Long story short, I was very impressed by the Longfellow Ranch and would advise anyone with the an invitation and the opportunity to go to jump on what will be a special trip in a special place.

I have been there. Everything good you hear is true. Killing a deer is the icing on the cake. It's simply gorgeous with a great mule deer and elk herd.

South of Fort Stockton. Never been on it, but I've been next door on the West Ranch. Pretty cool place.

Hunted there this past year for mule deer and had a great time. I highly recomend this place. It is a first class operation, and I will definately be going back.
