Fanaitquack promised a bottle of scotch for the best gumbo and met me at the liquor store today. He may have a goofy name but he is a man of his word. The hard part for me is not killing the bottle before I meet up with the recipe guru. Macallan 12 Fanatiquack, sorry for the crappy photo quality.
