Well just got back into camp after running to town to check on the wife and my lil girl who hasn't been feeling well. Mom gave the ok to head out so I'm back and headed for the blind. I'll give yall updates as things happen.

well the phone didn't work in the blind so I couldn't give yall any updates sorry. Back at camp after seeing nothing but 15-20 does had a couple mature ones that I wanted to take a shot at but they were really bunched up and just couldn't get a clear shooting lane. Also I waited to long for the possible buck to come out but he didn't so hopefully tmr mourning will be better.

Had a good mourning hunt saw about 15 deer. One young 8, another buck that I didn't get to see well but I dont think he was mature enough, a four, 4 yearling nub n bucks (probably two sets of twins ), and several young does. I hope this evening will be the same just with some mature does so I can get one for the freezer.

Another good hunt but full of young deer! Saw 5 young bucks 1.5-2.5 and 6 yearlings all does (kinda unsure where these mini deer came from I haven't seen them all together without a mature doe or two with them). We shall see what the mourning brings!

What a Monday morning! Started off by seeing 10 deer in the open pasture they moved up and to the corn I had placed early. 7 young does ( I know yearlings/fawns are common to see but geeze I've never seen so many than I have since I've been here Sat geuss its ok but kinda worried because I'm not seeing Mature older does.), 2 8's and a young spike. Then It was on throughout the hunt I saw 8 more bucks! 3 more eight pts, 3 sixes, a four, and another spike for a total of 11 bucks this morning. No shooters all were 1.5-3.5 and I think only one or two met AR restrictions. There was one 8 that was actually quite nice that had a broken back leg he wasn't putting any weight on it what so ever. (have no idea how he jumpe the fences but he did) All in all it was a good morning hope the rain holds off this evening and tmr morning.
