 How to hunt food plots?

Okay, you have 2-3 food plots that a BIG 8 point has been seen in. How would you hunt him? Sit in one plot till he show up, rotate to a new plot every day, what is the best way in your opinion?

Pick one good spot and wait til he shows up.
Shoot. Eat. Repeat.

Or hunt between plots and catch him traveling. Less likely to spook deer off of the plot that way. Whatever you decide, be mindful of the wind.

I was reading another thread and I think most people would get a beer and a spotlight and just ride around the food plot.
