Our group (3-4 families) are looking for a new lease for the 2012-2013 seasons. Would like a year round lease starting with Spring Turkey in 2012. We have been on the same property for 7 years and are excellent stewards of the property. We are all at a point where we need something a little closer to home. We live in the New Braunfels / Cibolo / Schertz area and would like to stay within 2 hours of here.

Very family oriented group. All of us are focused on teaching our children how to respect the outdoors. We are not in it for the "trophy", but rather for the experience of spending time outdoors with our kids. Would be interested in long-term lease if it works out.
