Bright moon and 270, about 10,000 acres to play on. I'd say you have a hard life. Think I see some antlers mixed in the beer cans also!!!! Congrats and keep posting the pics, thanks for sharing.

Hog hunting has slowed down with deer season opening. I don't want to hijack Nav's thread, but I did get in a hunt during the full moon period.

One spot had more hogs than I could count. Couldn't get very close though with so many eyes watching, so only had shots at the nearest ones.

They're getting smarter too; no more confusion when the shooting starts. Now they run fast and hard, straight away. They fled in waves rather than herds, changing the entire landscape when they moved.

Funny how the deer didn't run even after the hogs stampeded!

btw - nice moonlight hunt Nav up

No prob djones always like seein hogs hit tha ground...i had one of those groups on me like you were sayin...i was stalkin up to 3 under an acorn tree and ended up being surrounded by 60 or so...moonlight brings out the biggest groups IMO..and yeah deer season has slowed it down a good bit...are those muleys? that one buck looks nice

Jealous x 3. I wish we had hogs up here. I'm sure the farmers/ranchers don't want them, but it would provide some hunting during the off season.

They are fun id be lyin if i said i want them completly gone but aint gota worry bout that anyway ha. I trade hog hunts for turkey hunts with some good ole boys way up in North Nebraska every year. They have a blast and love gettin outa tha snow in January to come down and hang out in 65 degree weather.
