Has anyone had any luck since general season started at LBJ? Just checking since I am going up there on Friday(Nov 11) morning. I have done some scouting up there this year, but haven't seen much.

Is this a public hunting area? I live in Louisiana and have hunted private ranches with my family but have wanted to find an area to hunt without a lease. I vacation in the hill country and love it there but know nothing about hunting public lands anywhere in TX and have a few questions if yall don't mind shareing some info on these places.

Yes LBJ Grasslands are public hunting. They are apart of the National Grasslands.
