Really hard to tell from that pic.

Looks fairly mature in the face but cant tell much about the body in that position.

His body doesn't look 4.5 in that pic. If I just look at his body only I see a 2.5 yoa deer.

Hard to tell from that angle. Best guess 3.5 y.o. 110 to 115 B & C.

Not a real good picture to judge age, I think he's a little younger then 4.5. I'd let him grow myself.

There's some pictures of what we think is the same deer. they give you a better look at the shape of the body.

Agreed That aint no mature buck by a long shot, at least not by that pic. Looks like a 2.5 with a lot of potential.

well we are taking him off limits but cant say that the neighbors wont. i think we are going to try to talk to our neighbors this weekend about trying to let deer get mature enough before taking them. dont really know how well thats going to work. it seems like every year we have that 1 buck that will be a great but in the future but always gets shot by our neighbors.
