I was scouting/fishing this morning and got buzzed by about 20+ red heads. Later in the day saw a few high flyer specks anyone else starting to see birds in any numbers?

Plenty here already. Rice fields are full with ducks and geese, even have some snows down already. My woodie hideout is holding some...well...you guessed it...woodies.

Your seeing snows already? I saw few specs but none of them elusive white geese lol. I'm here on the coast other then that I haven't seen much. A buddy of mine in E-tex said he saw 4 good wads of teal and some gadwall this morning so who knows maybe this weather is working okay so far? confused2

I live in Spring and they have been flying over for the past week, headed south. My husband is south of I10 today and seeing flocks of geese. Had sandhills flying over last weekend.

Shopping with your husband is like hunting with the game warden.

Saw about 20 big flocks of snows moving down yesterday with the front. Also 30 good sized flocks of quackers and one big flock of canadians. This was around Texoma

How was the trip? Probably not as good as the dove lease.
