Been trying to catch one of these for about a month now. So far only possums and stray cats.



I let him go. Maybe we will see him again later.

Those are hard suckers to trap....fresh killed chicken is tha only thing iv talked them into a trap with

I use bacon grease when I'm going after fox or bobcat base meat with beaver castor. We definitely need a trapping thread on this forum!

The cut on his nose did look to be recent. More of a rubbed raw than a cut.

Ive never trapped before. Just couldnt shoot the thing looking all helpless in a trap. The trapping is fun but the killing in the trap... not for me. Guess Im getting soft. hammer

Pretty little animals,I see a pair quite frequently at my sons stand,I just watch them.Quail are gone and Turkeys hang around the creek so no need to shoot 'em.

I called one in a few years ago. It was the prettiest animal I have ever seen. I couldn't shoot it either.
