Hey folks, I have leased Windy Top processing located 9 miles west of Ballinger. This facility has been in operation for over 10 years and the owner is having health concerns that prevents him from carrying on the business. This facility has a very good reputation for putting out a quality product and I will be following the tradition. I learned the trade from my father in law, who was a professional butcher as well as have helped the owner in winters past in the business.

I will be providing basic processing of deer for 75.00 plus any additional products priced by the pound raw weight.

The 75.00 basic processing will be included as a part of any multi day deer hunt package that I offer through Twisted Willow Hunts.

I will be offering link and pan sausage, summer sausage, jerky, chorizo, bacon wrapped medallions, ground meat, steaks and cooked chili using my father in laws personal chili recipe. It is damn good if I say so myself.

If you hunt in the Runnels county area, I would be glad to process your deer as well as offer my services as an outfitter and land manager.

If you use Twisted Willow Processing, mention that you are a THF member and receive a discount on your processing.

We will be ready for processing beginning opening weekend of rifle season. We will accept animals from 8 am to 8 pm. and offer storage also.
