I have never went hog hunting, and want to start. Does anyone know of a place near Lubbock where I can go hunt for hogs for a decent price? I am a college student so it can't be too expensive.

I would say all hogs have been completely decimated within a 100 mile radius.

Within 100 miles of Lubbock I think you could find some hog hunting. Especially in counties east of Lubbock about 70 to 100 miles. I have not searched for any but I know Garza, Kent, Dickens, and Motley counties have had hog problems. Look at a map for counties in this area and google hog hunting and I bet you will find something.

I never got around to checking it out, so I can't recommend it, but you might try here. Hope I didn't ruin anyone's secret!

We used to have a lease just off the caprock east of tahoka. Tons of hogs out there. Was less than an hour drive from Lubbock.

I believe it was Borden county.
