Best BLT is at All Good Cafe in Deep Ellum, Dallas, Tx. 1 lb. of Wrights Brand thick sliced Black Pepper Bacon on fresh , toasted, wheat bread with fresh veggies, served with sweet slaw, tortilla chips, and homemade green salsa. Smaller version has about 1/4 lb. of bacon on it. Hmm Hmm Good !!

My house - chiccharon con carne (crudo) from El Azteca market refried till dripping hot with some onions and green peppers, slice em up, and serve with eggs.
Only at the end do you realize the power of the Dark Side.

My house for spaghetti carbonara!!! Spaghetti, olive oil, slab of bacon, garlic, eggs, parmigiano reggiano, fresh ground black pepper, parsley.
Damn im ready for some cold weather.
